What are Dark circles?

Dark circles commonly occur under the lower eyelids. Because of it may get some unwanted compliments to look tired and sleepy not a fresh one. There can be many other reasons for dark circles. Lack of sleep is not enough for it. There are some vitamins that are good for it such as Vitamin E, Vitamin k, and Vitamin C

Dark circles mostly occur in older adults, and in those with a darker complexion and maybe some genetic problems. For it no medical treatment is necessary.

 What are the causes of dark circles?

  • Due to fatigue and lack of sleep. If not getting enough sleep eyes will be puffy. And maybe sometimes these puffy eyes cause shadow under the eye which seems like dark circles.
  • Getting older may be one of the major problems. Because in older the skin becomes thin and the fat and collagen decrease in the skin helps in maintaining the elasticity. The dark blood vessels may appear prominent on the skin and it darkens the area under the eye.
  • Staring at the television and computer can be the main reason for dark circles. Because too much staring at computer and television can cause strain on the eyes.
  • Can be caused due to some allergic issues and eye dryness. These issues can be easily triggered by dark circles. Allergic persuades to rubes and around the eye scratch the itchy skin. Its symptoms mostly occur in broken blood vessels, Inflammation, and swelling.  During Allergic reactions, the body can be releases histamines. It helps to fight against the invader. There are some symptoms of dark circles such as itchiness, redness, and puffy eyes.
  • Dehydration might a big reason for it.  The body must be hydrated.
  • Sun overexposure produces melanin and it is not suitable for the eyes because the pigment created by it caused skin darker around the eyes.
  • Due to genetics occurred.
  • It may be occurred due to anemia. In which the skin color gets paler than usual. And dark circles can happen.

 

What are treatments for Dark circles?

There are home remedies and medical treatments mentioned there which can prove helpful for it. Which can prevent Dark circles.

  • It is very helpful in getting extra sleep.
  • Should maintain your head position during sleep. Because sleep deprivation plays an important role in it.
  • Try to drink too much water from many techniques such as juices, and milk. It can get fluid from vegetables and fruits.
  • Can use some eye creams. It can be beneficial to reduce Dark circles.
  • Some concealers can hide your Dark circles temporarily.
  • Chemical peels can prevent it.
  • Laser surgery is helpful for it and tightens the skin.
  • Might be tissue fillers prevent it. It is used to conceal blood vessels and melanin.
  • Carboxytherapy is used to increase blood flow.
  • Fat removal is used to remove extra fat and makes the skin smoother.
  • Surgical implants that are against fat.

 

But it is always recommended that should consult the doctor and do a proper checkup then take any step because these treatments are painful, expensive, and can take long-term prolong-term.
