What is Dyspepsia?
Dyspepsia commonly known as indigestion. Patient gets
stomach pain, over-fullness, or bloating while eating or after it. It affects 30%
of the population worldwide. It is mostly common but be attentive if t starts
affecting your life. However sometimes dietary changes and medication are not
enough to treat such disease. It is also known as disturbed stomach.
Sometimes dyspepsia is mixed with heart-burning. It is
separate from heart-burning.

- Try to eat small meals and trying not to keep your stomach busy
- Stay away from citrus fruits or tomatoes
- Quit smoking and alcohol consumption right now
- Never run, exercise, or do hard work with a full stomach
- Don’t lie down after eating
