What is stress?
It is a normal condition in humans. It occurs when changes in physical, emotional, or intellectual responses. A stress management team helps you to get out of it. It is a condition that can happen to everyone. When your body experiences this condition some physical or mental responses occur in your body. This is termed stress. Stress responses provide your body manage new situations. For example, if you have an important test, then stress provides you to work harder or stay awake longer. But it becomes dangerous if it continues without any relaxation.

What feeling occurs during stress?
During stress autonomic nervous system controls the Heartbeat rate, breathing, or changes that can occur in vision, and others. When a person suffers from a long term, it may prove dangerous for health or all over the body.
Physical symptoms of stress are:
- Aches or pains
- Chest pain
- Fells like your heart is racing
- Exhaustion or double sleeping
- Headaches, dizziness, or shaking
- High blood pressure
- Muscle tension
- Stomach or digestive problems
- Trouble having sex
- Weak immune system
Stress also can cause emotional or mental symptoms such as:
- Anxiety
- Irritability
- Depression
- Panic attacks
- Sadness
Some people may suffer from unhealthy behavior, such as:
- Drinking too much alcohol
- Gambling
- Overeating or developing or eating disorder
- Smoking
- Using drugs
How do you get relief from stress?
You can’t avoid stress, but you can get out of it by practicing some daily strategies:
- Do exercise when you feel the exercise
- A short walk also fresh your mood
- Set your goals for your whole day

What are the ways to prevent you from stress?
There are the following ways to keep you from stress:- Try relaxation activities, such as yoga, tai chi, breathing exercise, or muscle relaxation.

- Stay positive remember you're good memories.
- Accept that you can’t change the situation and you do nothing to control your situation.
- Stay connected with good peoples which can provide you calm and make you happy.
