What are wrinkles?
It mostly occurs when people get old. Its occurrence is natural in people. Almost all people are affected by it when they are getting old. It appears because of skin becomes thinner and loses elasticity with the period. It appears prominently during some facial expressions such as laughing etc.

What are the Causes of Wrinkles?
There are some causes mentioned here:
- May occur due to the skin becoming thinner and losing elasticity.
- Can be caused due to facial expressions such as smiling, scowling, etc. These types of expression create fine lines. And these lines become deepen when the person gets old.
- May occur due to sun exposure.
- Smoking can become a reason for it.
- Might be due to Dehydration. So, it is important to rehydrate the skin.
- The environment can affect it.
- Might be due to genetics.
- Can be caused because of some medications.
- Those people whose works are in sunlight
- Outdoor sports like cricket, hockey, etc
- The use of alcohol can create wrinkles. Because it causes dehydration.
What are the Preventions for Wrinkles?
There are some preventions of wrinkles such as:
- Trying to cover the skin with clothes and the face with hats and glasses.
- Avoid smoking and alcohol.
- Apply any sun protection sunscreen or moisturizer before going out.
- Stay hydrated.
- The use of retinoids can decrease it. Because it is good for working against anti-aging.
- Trying to use food that contains excessive vitamins. e.g. leafy greens, vegetables, and fruits like avocados, etc.
- Trying to sleep on your back. It can decrease the formation of wrinkles.
- Trying to keep the face relaxed instead of more facial expressions.
